How it Works

DKS Vending FNQ

Elevate Convenience for Your Staff and Clients

Vending chips, chocolates, drinks and assorted items is all about your business – Whether it is to satisfy your staff’s needs or your clients needs, we will work with you to find the right vending machine to place on your site, for us to service and maintain and you to get the rewards!

Step 1

Once you contact us to enquire about placing a vending machine at your site, we will ask a few questions such as foot traffic, size of group and location to get an idea of what your vending machine needs will be.

Step 2

From there, we arrange with you to make a site visit. This is to ensure we have full access to place the machine in the desired area and of course, full access to service the machine at our discretion.

Step 3

Depending on the needs of the client and the access ability to the site, we can generally have a machine installed in under one week, fully stocked and ready to go. Larger orders or sites where access is complicated may require a greater lead in time.

Step 4

Once the vending machine is installed, fully stocked, and ready to go, you won't have to lift a finger. Our dedicated team handles all maintenance and restocking, ensuring your vending machine remains operational and fully stocked with your chosen products
